Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, clear of seeds, cut into small cubes
  • 1 head red onion, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp. l finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt

Recipe:
