There are a lot of ways to cook pickled tomatoes at home. But this recipe, in my opinion, is especially good. Tomatoes are obtained in moderately pungent and at the same time sweet in taste.

  1. Tomatoes and hot fresh pepper need to be washed and dried.
  2. We will prepare the cans for our harvesting. You can sterilize them in the oven at a temperature of 150 degrees, sterilization will take 15 minutes.
  3. In each jar you need to put a clove, bay leaf, black allspice (peas) and 2 cloves of garlic. Bright aroma can add dill, so if you want, add and him too.
  4. Fold the tomatoes tightly in jars, adding to each jar one pod of hot red pepper.
  5. Boil the water and pour the tomatoes for 15 minutes, covering the banks boiled lids.
  6. Drain the water from the cans of tomatoes back into the pan, from which we cook marinade. For one liter of water we add 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt. Boil the liquid.
  7. In each jar with tomatoes, you need to add 2 tablespoons vinegar. After that, pour the tomatoes with hot marinade and roll up the cans. Wrap inverted cans with a warm blanket and leave them to cool.
