Pickled Hamburgers

In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 kg. lean ground beef
  • 36 small hamburger buns, cut into 2 parts
  • 1 large onion
  • Sliced pickles, ketchup and mustard, sliced, for garnishing
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion in a food processor.
  2. Cook hamburger patties: ground beef divide into 36 servings, form small balls. Heat up cast iron pan, put meat balls in parts, crush spatula, salt and pepper, then sprinkle with onions. Toast first on one side for 2 minutes, then flip over again crush with a spatula, and fry for another 2 minutes. Then flat side put buns on cutlets in order to warm, about minutes.
  3. Cook hamburgers: on the lower halves of buns lay out patties, slices of pickles, fried onions, pour ketchup. Top with plastered mustard top in half.
