  1. The banana needs to be peeled, cut into small pieces and put in the freezer for three hours.
  2. Wash persimmons and dry with a towel.
  3. Cut the top of the persimmon exactly along with its stalk, gently scrub the pulp with a teaspoon.
  4. Frozen banana should be transferred to a bowl, add to it lemon juice and ice cream.
  5. Beat mixture until smooth. blender.
  6. Fill the persimmon cups with the prepared mixture, sprinkle cinnamon and garnish with mint leaves.
