  1. We cut persimmon into several parts and mashed in a blender.
  2. Soak gelatin in cold water for 7 minutes, drain the water and preheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add cottage cheese, sugar and beat in a blender. Add gelatin, mix and put in a bowl. We ship to refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Before serving, garnish with chopped nuts. Have a nice appetite!
