  1. Peel persimmons from peel and seeds, cut into cubes.
  2. In a frying pan or saucepan, melt the sugar with water until state of caramel, add lemon juice and pink pepper peas.
  3. Add persimmons to the hot mixture, mix and let cool. Enjoy your meal!
