- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1/4 Art. finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh basil leaves plus sprigs for decoration
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Bottom layer of dip dip sauce
- 225 gr. softened cream cheese
- 2/3 Art. ricotta cheese
- 1/3 Art. grated parmesan
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
Dip pizza toppings
- 1 tbsp. thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 tbsp. cut into quarters or thin slices champignon cremins
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil plus some more
- 1/2 tbsp. diced 0.5 cm. red Bulgarian pepper
- 1 tbsp. l chopped shallots
- 1 tbsp. diced mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 Art. grated parmesan

Recipe preparation:
- For the sauce: Pour oil into a pan with a diameter of 30 cm and heat it over medium heat. Put the onions and fry until transparency. Add garlic and red chili flakes, cook for a minute, then add canned tomatoes. Reduce fire and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mixture thickens, add basil, marjoram, oregano, salt and pepper. Stew another 15 minutes, remove spices if necessary. Remove the pan from fire.
- For the bottom layer: In a medium-sized bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, cereal red chili peppers, salt and pepper. Put the mixture evenly on bottom of a heat-resistant casserole dish (2 l. or a mold for cake with a diameter of 23 cm.).
- For the filling: In a small skillet over medium heat heat a little olive oil, put pepperoni and fry, until the sausage becomes crispy, 4-5 minutes. Dry off excess fat on a plate covered with paper towel. Add the remaining olive oil and red bell pepper. Fry on moderately high heat until the pepper begins to become soft. Add shallots, cook for 2 minutes, then lay the mushrooms. Fry 7-10 min and remove from heat.
- To assemble: Preheat oven to 180 ° C. To the surface spread the sauce on the bottom layer, sprinkle with a mixture of pepper and mushrooms, then pepperoni. Spread mozzarella on top evenly and bake in within 20 minutes Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan. Garnish with sprigs of basil and serve hot with fried stripes of dough, pita or with crackers.
