Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 250 gr dry rice noodles
  • 6 tbsp. l lime juice
  • 3 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped green onion rings
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1/3 Art. chopped roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • Salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the noodles in a large bowl and pour boiling water, leave brew, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water, transfer to a salad bowl.
