Recipes use volumetric containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 225 gr. yellow chopped peas
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp saffron powder
- 4 tbsp. l corn oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds

Recipe preparation:
- Pour chopped peas 6 tbsp. boiling water, add salt and powder saffron. Cook until soft for 30 minutes. Puree with a hand blender peas. Combine oil, garlic, cumin in a saucepan and sauté until dark brown color. Pour into the distance. Let stand a few minutes.
