  • 24 pitted olives cut in half
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 60 ml. olive oil
  • 15 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt and ground black pepper

  1. In a medium-sized salad bowl, mix potatoes, onions, green onions, olives, dill and oregano. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour salad dressing and mix well. Put in refrigerator before serving.
