- 1 chopped medium red onion head
- 2 thinly chopped stalks of green onions
- 24 pitted olives cut in half
- 1 tbsp. l finely chopped dill
- 1 tbsp. l finely chopped fresh oregano
- 60 ml. olive oil
- 15 ml red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized salad bowl, mix potatoes, onions, green onions, olives, dill and oregano. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour salad dressing and mix well. Put in refrigerator before serving.
