Pasties with veal, pork and cabbage

I offer you a recipe for delicious pasties on kefir dough with rich toppings. We make it from two types of meat – tender veal and juicy pork. A cabbage in the filling perfectly complements the meat. You You can also add a variety of greens for flavor. Mouth-watering pasties are cooked at home in about 1 hour.

  1. Break an egg into a large bowl, pour half a teaspoon salt. Beat. Pour in kefir. Mix. Gradually adding flour knead elastic dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave for 15 minutes.
