Pasta shells with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese and green salad

This pasta is prepared in minutes, and the taste is obtained simply amazing. You just need to boil the pasta orekkiete (or ears) and mix with sun-dried tomatoes, green salad and cheese. Pour the pasta in half a glass of hot water, in which it cooked. So lettuce greens a little, and goat cheese with parmesan and sun-dried tomato oil form a kind of lung cheese sauce with a spicy mouth-watering aroma.   • 1 tbsp. orecchiette pasta (ears)
  • 2 tbsp. Mediterranean salad mix
  • 2 tbsp. l sun-dried tomatoes (canned in olive oil) chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l goat cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp. l grated parmesan and additionally for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour water into a medium-sized pot, salt and bring to a boil. Pour the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente state, approximately 8-10 minutes. Then pour 0.5 tbsp. water and set aside, drain the rest of the water.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix lettuce and sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese and parmesan. Put warm pasta on top and pour 0.5 tbsp. water in which the pasta was boiled. Shuffle so that all the greens are cooked and let down. Salt and pepper over to taste. If desired, sprinkle with more Parmesan and serve.
