Very tasty and fragrant dessert, and also easy to prepare houses. There is vanilla in the traditional Italian panacote, and we make it with fragrant pears.

- Soak gelatin for 15 minutes in cold water.
- Cut the washed pears into small pieces.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add half the sugar and pears. Wait until light caramelization comes. Add to a mixture of martini. Cool.
- Bring almond milk to a boil with cream (but do not boil), add the remaining sugars honey. Dissolve the gelatin.
- According to 1 tbsp. l put pears on the bottom of the bowl. Pour prepared mass.
- Leave the dessert in the refrigerator until solidified. Garnish the finished dessert with chopped almonds.
