Very tasty and fragrant dessert, and also easy to prepare houses. There is vanilla in the traditional Italian panacote, and we make it with fragrant pears.

  1. Soak gelatin for 15 minutes in cold water.
  2. Cut the washed pears into small pieces.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan, add half the sugar and pears. Wait until light caramelization comes. Add to a mixture of martini. Cool.
  4. Bring almond milk to a boil with cream (but do not boil), add the remaining sugars honey. Dissolve the gelatin.
  5. According to 1 tbsp. l put pears on the bottom of the bowl. Pour prepared mass.
  6. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator until solidified. Garnish the finished dessert with chopped almonds.
