- 230 gr. turkey breast
- 230 gr. blue cheese
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, clear of seeds
- 1 avocado
- 8 fried bacon slices
- 4 boiled eggs, peel
- 1 tbsp. l chopped parsley leaves
- Juice 1 Lemon
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil plus more for lubrication
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Ciabatta Bread or Baguette

Recipe preparation:
- Cut into small pieces (1 cm.) Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, turkey breast, bacon, blue cheese and eggs, and place in a large bowl. Add parsley, lemon juice, 3 tbsp. l olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
- Cut the bread in half and then lengthwise. Grease each half with a little olive oil. Put 1/2 Art. cooked salad for all 4 slices of bread, and evenly to distribute. Connect both parts, and press down a little, coat olive oil.
- Heat the pan to medium temperature. Place the panini on frying pan, oiled side down and press down, using a small pot of water. Fry panini until golden color and melting cheese, approximately 5 min. Remove the pan grease the other side of the panini with olive oil and carefully turn over, press down and continue to fry, approximately 5 minutes. Serve hot.
