Pancakes with sausages and cheese

Ingredients for the recipe:

Pancake dough

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • A large pinch of salt

Apple chutney

  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • 1/3 Art. white wine
  • 1/4 Art. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 Hani Crisp apples, peel and dice
  • 2 pcs. star anise (star anise)
  • 2 pcs. carnations
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Sausages

  • 6 pcs snack sausages (thin sausages for frying raw minced pork with spices)
  • 6 sage leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. mascarpone cheese

Recipe preparation:

  1. For pancakes. In medium capacity, beat eggs with a whisk until homogeneity. Add the flour in parts, then slowly add milk, sugar, melted butter and salt. Let stand test 30 min
  2. In a pan with non-stick coating (30 cm.) Add 1/2 tbsp. dough and fry the pancake on one side for 2-3 minutes, then turn over. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  3. For chutney. Melt in a saucepan over medium heat half the butter. Add wine, brown sugar, cinnamon, apples, anise stars, cloves and salt and pepper. Cook the mixture 20 minutes, so that it evaporates, and the aromas are mixed. Then add remaining oil.
  4. For sausages. Heat over medium over medium heat. butter cast-iron skillet and brown sausages on all sides about 8 minutes, until they are fried. Then put out of the pan. In hot fat from sausages, hold sage for 10-15 seconds. until crispy crust and pull out a slotted spoon on a paper towel.
  5. Collect the dish. Put warm pancakes in the center place sausages and add a portion of mascarpone on top. Roll up like sausages in a dough. Put apple chutney on top, sprinkle toasted sage. Arm yourself with a knife and fork – and go!
