  1. Melt the butter, separate the yolks from the proteins. In a bowl mix the yolks with butter, flour, salt and yeast. Leave on table for 30 minutes.

  2. Beat the whites and inject them into the mixture.

  3. Fry the prepared pancake dough on an electric crepe maker or pan. We spread 1 tablespoon per serving. Cooling down.

  4. Cream cheese mixed with sour cream, salt, sent to a bag with nozzle and beautifully squeeze on prepared pancakes.

  5. Turn the pieces of salmon, add to the creamy mixture, garnish with dill, spread on a plate with herbs and serve on table.
