- We wash the meat, put in a pan, fill it with water and cook about 2-3 hours in salted water.
- Cool the finished meat and pass it through a meat grinder or blender.
- Now we start cooking pancakes. Mix in a bowl or a saucepan of eggs, milk, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt, vegetable oil.
- Fry pancakes on both sides, greasing a frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden on vegetable oil. We spread the meat to the onion and mix.
- In each pancake we wrap a spoon of meat filling. Optional before serving, you can slightly fry wrapped pancakes on in the pan.
