  1. Sift flour and salt into a large container. Melt the butter mix with milk and whisk. Add flour, mix and get rid of lumps. Leave the dough alone for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake thin pancakes in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil.
  3. For the filling, boil the beef in slightly boiling water with adding salt. Hard boiled eggs. Chopped onion a cube.
  4. We pass the beef through a meat grinder. Cut and fry the eggs in butter with onions. Chop finely chopped green onions. Mix all ingredients. To prevent the stuffing from getting dry, you can add some warm meat broth. We mix everything.
  5. For each pancake, carefully lay out 2 tbsp. l toppings. We turn off pancakes with an envelope. Each envelope before serving fry until golden brown on both sides.
