- Beat three yolks with 50 gr. Sahara.
- Pour 250 g of milk, whisk.
- Add 250 g flour and 1 tsp. baking powder thoroughly mix so that there are no lumps.
- Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- Beat the whites to the peaks, add to the bulk. Neatly mix.
- On a greased frying pan, spread the dough when it is grabbed a little from the bottom, put in the middle of 1 tsp boiled condensed milk and close the dough on top.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown. Have a nice appetite.
