  1. Minced meat should be fried in a small amount of oil for about 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion finely or medium, add to the minced meat. Salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté the minced meat with onions for another 5 minutes. The filling is ready.
  4. Spread the filling in the middle of the pancake and turn it off.
  5. I always fry stuffed pancakes in a dry pan with two sides to a rosy color.
