  1. Pour cold water (2.5 liters) in a 4 liter pan. chopped chicken into small pieces, lightly salt, put on the fire and cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes.

  5. Cook for three minutes over low heat.
  6. Serve the finished soup with chopped herbs.
