Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. l canola oil (portioned)
  • 2 beaten eggs of category CO
  • 1 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 4 thinly chopped stalks of green onions (leave 1 stalk green onions for Coconut Chicken’s next recipe soup “)
  • 2 tbsp. bean seedlings
  • 1/4 Art. coarsely chopped peanuts for decoration
  • 1/4 Art. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil and turn off the heat. Put the rice noodles until it softens, for about 2-3 minutes. Drain the water (Leave 1 cup of ready-made noodles for the Summer Recipe rolls “).
  2. Place a wok or large pan over high heat and pour a tablespoon of oil. When it is warm, add eggs and cook until they are firm. Remove the pan from the heat and let the eggs cool slightly. Coarsely chop them.
  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, garlic and broth. Pour in pan the remaining tablespoon of oil and put the noodles, carrots, green onions and bean sprouts. Fry quickly, stirring, in a minute.
