Oatmeal pancake with soft cottage cheese and mushrooms – very satisfying and tasty breakfast. We grease Ovsyanoblin with a delicious sauce of soft cottage cheese, garlic, dill and mushrooms. From the amount indicated in the recipe the ingredients of this sauce are enough for 2 oatmeal pancakes (meaning take 4 eggs, 4 tbsp. l milk, 5 tbsp. l Nordic Oatmeal) or the remaining sauce can be used in other dishes.

- First, let’s make the sauce.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- We wash the dill and chop finely.
- Chop the champignons too finely.
- We heat the pan with olive oil, fry the mushrooms on low heat until cooked.
- Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the garlic, dill and mushrooms. Mix.
- Add salt and spices to taste. I added black pepper and paprika.
- For oatmeal pancake, break the eggs in a bowl.
- Wash the green onions and finely chop. Add to the eggs.
- Add milk and oatmeal. If you have oatmeal, which are boiled for a long time, then the mixture will need to be left to infuse for about 15-20 minutes. I have oatmeal quick cooking.
- Add salt, black pepper, dried garlic to taste, paprika.
- Whisk lightly with a fork.
- Fry oatmeal pancake either in a dry pan or with adding a small amount of oil.
- Sauté until golden brown with two sides under the cover.
- Lubricate our pancake with sauce and serve!
