But if you are concerned about a huge amount of calories and fat in deep-fried onions, there is a more “healthy” alternative. Bake the rings in the oven. This method has two undeniable advantages: you don’t have to tirefully stand over the deep fat fryer, frying onions in batches, and, secondly, at the exit you get a snack with less fat, but no less crunchy! Recipe preparation:
