Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 900 gr. peeled and chopped shrimp (21 – 25 pcs.)
  • Salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon cut in half
  • 1 tsp crushed chili pepper flakes
  • 2 finely chopped stalks of green onions
  • 1 finely chopped small head of red onion Luke
  • 30 gr capers
  • 1 chopped celery stalk
  • Half cut avocado
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • Sliced Cucumber for Serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil salted water. Add the chives, halves of lemon and pepper Chile. Put shrimp and simmer until boiling until pink color, approximately 5 min. Take out the shrimp and rinse under cold water.
