Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. peeled and chopped shrimp (21 – 25 pcs.)
- Salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon cut in half
- 1 tsp crushed chili pepper flakes
- 2 finely chopped stalks of green onions
- 1 finely chopped small head of red onion Luke
- 30 gr capers
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- Half cut avocado
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
- 30 ml olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- Sliced Cucumber for Serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil salted water. Add the chives, halves of lemon and pepper Chile. Put shrimp and simmer until boiling until pink color, approximately 5 min. Take out the shrimp and rinse under cold water.
