  1. Break 2 eggs into a deep plate.
  2. Add salt to taste
  3. Add milk, beat with a fork or whisk.
  4. Green onions and a tomato wash. Finely chop the onion, chop the tomato cubes.
  5. Add greens and tomato to the eggs. We mix everything.
  6. Add the granulated garlic.
  7. Heat the pan and melt the butter.
  8. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry the omelet under the lid on simmer until cooked.
  9. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  10. Sprinkle the finished omelet with grated cheese and black pepper. We cover the lid until the cheese melts.
  11. We serve right away! Enjoy your meal!
