- Wash greens, dry, finely chop. Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Peel and wash the potatoes, grind with a hint of grater. Hard cheese to rub through shallow grater.
- Beat the chilled eggs in a blender.
- Add chopped tomatoes, grated cheese, chopped greens, grated potatoes, salt a little, pepper.
