- Sift flour, vanillin and baking powder.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Beat 2 eggs and mix.
- Add warm milk and mix again.
- Fry pancakes for 2 minutes on each side without adding oils.
- For the filling, I took half a cottage cheese briquette, my favorite yogurt and coconut flakes, also added some fruit.
- Smear the finished pancake with the filling and roll it into a straw, can be left that way or cut into rolls. In the end I added a drop of dark chocolate. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
