  1. Sift flour, vanillin and baking powder.
  2. Add sugar to taste.
  3. Beat 2 eggs and mix.
  4. Add warm milk and mix again.
  5. Fry pancakes for 2 minutes on each side without adding oils.
  6. For the filling, I took half a cottage cheese briquette, my favorite yogurt and coconut flakes, also added some fruit.
  7. Smear the finished pancake with the filling and roll it into a straw, can be left that way or cut into rolls. In the end I added a drop of dark chocolate. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
