  1. Beat the egg with salt with a fork.
  2. Pour in milk and add oatmeal.
  3. Heat the pan over low heat, grease with a drop of oil. Pour the mixture and smooth with a fork gently.
  4. Fry on one side for a couple of minutes, turn over and immediately lay out the cheese. Fry on the other side.
  5. Fold the pancake in half and place on a plate. Have a nice appetite!
