  1. In a small pan, mix the milk, cream and oatmeal. We make the fire, bring to a boil.
  2. Let the mixture cool.
  3. Peel the bananas in small pieces, fold them into a bowl, and overfill with lemon juice.
  4. Add milk-oatmeal to a mixture of bananas.
  5. Add vanilla sugar (after taste).
  6. Beat with a blender until a thick and homogeneous mass is obtained.
