Mushroom turkey sauce

  • 1 liter broth
  • 150 gr. mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 25 gr gelatin
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt, spices to taste

For the sauce:

  • 150 gr. mushrooms
  • 300 ml mushroom broth
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 beets
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 100 ml the fault
  • Salt, spices to taste

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil carrots and mushrooms and chop.
  2. Boil the turkey and chop.
  3. Chop the garlic and herbs.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in broth.
  5. Arrange carrots, mushrooms, fillets, garlic and herbs in tins, pour the broth and leave in the cold until solidified.
  6. Prepare the sauce: grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into a high saucepan and cook 10 minutes. Serve with sauce.
