  1. We wash the eggs with a sponge, boil for 8-10 minutes, pour cold water for 5 minutes and clean. Cut prepared chicken eggs in half, carefully remove the yolk and send it to a bowl.

  2. Wash the mushrooms, finely chop and fry in oil 10-12 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Salt and cool.

  3. Grind the yolks with a fork, add the fried champignons, chopped parsley (2 branches), mayonnaise and mix.

  4. We fill the prepared proteins with a fragrant mushroom mixture, put on a plate, decorate with lettuce, herbs and serve on the table.
