- Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil slightly. Add finely chopped mushrooms to it, fry until complete evaporation liquid for about 15 minutes.
- Grind peeled potatoes in a bowl through a fine grater. Drive in an egg.
- Add the fried mushrooms with onions slightly salt and pepper, mix.
- Pour in flour, mix again.
- Spread the mushroom mass with a tablespoon on the heated oil, fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream.
