Fragrant and delicious paste of fried mushrooms, cashew nuts, onions and sour cream. Mushroom paste can cook at home on the festive table on crispy slices of baguette and decorate with greens.

2 hours before starting to cook cashews, pour water.

Chop the onion finely, the mushrooms in slices. Send to oil onion, fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes and add prepared sliced champignon.
