  1. Rinse the liver well, chop coarsely.
  2. Boil for 20 minutes. liver, onion and carrots (do not chop or cut in halves) by adding bay leaf and pepper peas.
  3. Boil the mushrooms (if mushrooms, then 2-3 minutes after boiling).
  4. Fold in a blender (or pass through a meat grinder) boiled liver, mushrooms, carrots, onions and fresh mint.
  5. Salt, add butter and milk (or cream), but also very tasty without them.
  6. Chill and serve.
