Ingredients for the recipe:
- 250 gr thinly sliced ham
- 8 – 12 sliced potato buns for mini burgers
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh orange juice (from 2 oranges)
- 1/4 Art. white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. chopped pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)
- 2 tbsp. chopped pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chop (remove veins and seeds for less pungent taste)
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Mix orange juice, vinegar, brown sugar and 2 tbsp. l water in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add pineapple red onions and jalapenos.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer if weak. boiling, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens, 15 to 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Chill.
