Mini ham and sweet and sour burgers pineapple

The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 dining room spoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 250 gr thinly sliced ham
  • 8 – 12 sliced potato buns for mini burgers
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh orange juice (from 2 oranges)
  • 1/4 Art. white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chop (remove veins and seeds for less pungent taste)
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix orange juice, vinegar, brown sugar and 2 tbsp. l water in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add pineapple red onions and jalapenos.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer if weak. boiling, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens, 15 to 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Chill.
  3. Put the ham on the buns. Put sweet and sour on top pineapple. Mini burger recipes:
