Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr ground beef (neck)
- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. l chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped pickles
- 1 block with 12 tear-off buns
- 6 slices of cheese

Recipe preparation:
- Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and hot sauce in a small bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat the grill in the oven. Heat vegetable oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and beef mince and salt 1.5 tsp. salt and add a few pinches ground pepper; fry, stirring occasionally, until brown colors, from 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and mix with pickled cucumbers.
- Cut the whole block of buns into two parts horizontally. Place the top and bottom halves of the buns with the cut up. Fry until ready, from 1 to 3 minutes. Take out from the frypot and warm up oven to 200 ° C.
- Lubricate both sides of the bun slice with spicy mayonnaise. Put the minced meat on the bottom of the bun with a thick even layer; put cheese on top. Cover the top of the bun. Bake until bread toasted, but the cheese will not melt, from 10 to 12 minutes.
