- 8 slices of smoked bacon
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1 diced tomato

- 4 chopped onions
- 1 chopped bunch of cilantro
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- Spicy mustard for serving
- 1 tbsp. l finely chopped seedless jalapenos
- Crumbled Potato Chips for Decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to medium temperature. Mix tomato, mango, leek, cilantro, leaving a few tablespoons, jalapenos, vinegar and garlic powder in a large bowl. Salt and pepper mix. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
- Wrap each sausage with a piece of bacon. Grill turning until bacon is roasted, about 5 minutes. Spread mustard buns, put sausages inside. Garnish with salsa from mangoes, chips and cilantro remnants. If your taste buds like mango in a hot dog, try to cook a hot dog for more complicated recipe.
