Miami style hot dog

Difficulty: Easy Servings: 8 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 8 beef sausages for hot dogs
  • 8 slices of smoked bacon
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped mangoes
  • 4 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped bunch of cilantro
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • Spicy mustard for serving
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped seedless jalapenos
  • Crumbled Potato Chips for Decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium temperature. Mix tomato, mango, leek, cilantro, leaving a few tablespoons, jalapenos, vinegar and garlic powder in a large bowl. Salt and pepper mix. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
  2. Wrap each sausage with a piece of bacon. Grill turning until bacon is roasted, about 5 minutes. Spread mustard buns, put sausages inside. Garnish with salsa from mangoes, chips and cilantro remnants. If your taste buds like mango in a hot dog, try to cook a hot dog for more complicated recipe.
