  • 4 cloves of baked garlic, crush
  • 1/4 Art. mustard
  • 8 thin slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 thin slices of smoked ham
  • 2 pickled cucumbers, cut into slices 0.6 thick cm.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Divide the meat into 4 equal parts of approximately 170 grams. Form from each cutlet about 2 cm thick and in the center make a wide indentation with your thumb. Salt and pepper cutlets on both sides.
  2. In a skillet or griddle, heat the oil in a strong fire until it sparkles. Fry the patties until golden brown colors until they lightly burn on one side: about 3 minutes. for beef, and 5 minutes. for turkey. Turn over. Beef cutlets fry on the other side until golden brown until lightly get charred – 4 min. for light roasting (3 minutes, if you will cover with cheese) or to the desired degree of frying.
