Ingredients for the recipe:
- 650 gr. ground beef, preferably from the neck
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Vegetable oil, for grilling
- 4 soft Viennese buns, cut horizontally into two half
- 1 avocado, cut in half, remove the stone and chop sliced
- 1/2 lime juice
- 450 gr canned refried black beans warm up
- 1/2 tbsp. soft crumbled cheese keso fresco
- Slices of Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
- 1.5 tbsp. Shredded Iceberg Salad

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to a moderately high temperature.
- Form four round patties weighing 160 grams from the minced meat. иabout 2 cm thick. Make a thumb in the center of each cutlets recess in 1.2 mm. Sprinkle cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper. - Mix in a bowl of avocado with lime juice, season with salt and pepper. Spread the beans into the lower halves of the buns, then put cutlets, cheese, avocado, jalapenos and salad on top lettuce. Cover the top halves of the buns.
