Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 hollow inside pitas
  • 8 slices of beef brisket mixed with piquant sauce
  • 1 tbsp. pickled cucumber salad
  • 1 pack (225 gr.) Natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp. l hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, parsley, hot sauce, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bend the top of each pita. Put 2 in each cake slices of brisket, a quarter of pickled cucumbers and pour yogurt dressing. Put on a serving plate and serve.
