Recipes with similar ingredients: cheese, peas, tomato sauce, turmeric, garam masala, ginger root, onions, garlic, cheese panir
Recipe preparation:
- Heat the butter in a large skillet and add the cubes of cheese to two approaches. Sauté the panir until golden. Shift golden cubes on a double folded dishcloth. (Can fry the paniri cubes in a dry pan so that it does not splatter butter. Then you can cook with the recipe.)
- Pour all the oil into the pan except 2 tbsp. l Lay the bow cloves of garlic and ginger in a food processor and beat until received masses with pieces. Gently fry for about 5 minutes., sprinkled with salt. Add the mixture of Garam Masala and turmeric and cook more 2 minutes, then add the still frozen green peas.
- Dissolve tomato puree in vegetable broth and pour this mixture on the contents of the pan. Stir again and reduce heat to weak. Cover the pan with foil or a lid and cook for 15 minutes., trying to find out if the peas have become soft. If you want, then you can finish cooking at this point by removing the lid and then gently warm the contents of the pan with fried in oil cheese cubes, or continue on. In this case, remove the foil and add the paniric cubes before serving to warm them up.
