  1. Pour 30 ml of juice into the pan. Put on fire. Heat up.
  2. Mix powdered sugar and pectin. Add to warm juice and leave for 30 minutes
  3. In another saucepan, mix the remaining 200 ml of juice with sugar, boil. After the sugar has completely dissolved, boil for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour a mixture of juice with pectin and powder into the syrup, bring to boiling. Simmer, simmer, over low heat.
  5. Remove from heat after boiling.
  6. Allow to cool slightly and pour into molds. Cool. Put for several hours in the refrigerator.
  7. Ready marmalade can be sprinkled with sugar, coconut or leave smooth.
