  1. Wash the meat, dry and cut across the fibers into thin slices 7 – 9 mm thick.
  2. Fold the slices in a bowl, break the quail egg there, add a tablespoon of sugar, 20 ml of sunflower oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir and leave for 10 to 20 minutes.
  4. Pour oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. warm it and fry beef on both sides for 3 – 5 minutes to readiness.
