- We clean apples from cores with grains and peels. Rub the apple pulp on a coarse grater or chop it very finely with a knife.
- Pour sour milk or warm kefir into a deep bowl. Add salt, sugar and eggs. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
- Pour in a little flour. Our dough should be pretty thick and without lumps.
- Pour crushed apples into the dough, add soda. Everything mix.
- Heat the pan, add some vegetable oil and a spoon start spreading the dough.
- Fry on both sides.
