- Break the eggs into a deep plate, and add to them milk.
- Using a kitchen whisk, mix the eggs with milk until homogeneous mixture. For sweet croutons, you can add sugar, and for salted spices. Well suited: curry, paprika and black pepper.
- Cut the loaf into slices. In thickness they should be no more than 1 cm.
- Dip each piece of loaf on both sides in milk-egg mixtures.
- Pour oil into a pan. Spread slices, fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn the slices of the loaf over and fry on the other side.
