  1. Wash the liver, leave it in a colander, so that all the water in the glass.

  6. Pure chilled liver in a blender.
  7. Put the liver in a greased glass dish.
  8. Dilute gelatin in four tablespoons of pomegranate juice.
  9. Warm remaining pomegranate juice in a stewpan with swollen gelatin.
  10. Gently pour the cooled jelly into the form with the paste, decorate grains of pomegranate.
  11. Send to the refrigerator until solidified. Serve with bread, croutons.
