  1. Wash the lentils well and put them in a saucepan with water.
  2. Fry the onion in a pan, add the pasta and spices.
  3. Add onions and bulgur to the lentils. Mix well and let stand under a closed lid for about 10 minutes.
  4. After the mixture has cooled, knead it well. Then add chopped greens, mint and lemon juice.
  5. Then form the balls. Enjoy your meal!
