Lemongrass chopsticks

  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 4 stalks of lemongrass, cut into 12 sticks of 10 cm.
  • Sweet chili sauce to serve

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven in grill mode. In a large bowl, mix bacon, minced pork, garlic, cilantro, ginger, sugar and soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Moisten your hands with water. Form 12 balls of minced meat. Stick lemongrass stick to the middle of each ball and push the stuffing down along the stem to give it a sausage shape, leaving part of the stem for the pen.
