  1. First, pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl.
  2. Finely chop the onion. Chop the Bulgarian with straws pepper.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into medium slices.
  4. Stir all the vegetables and set the mulvark mode “Extinguishing” (for 1.5 – 2 hours).
  5. From the cooked lecho, take one glass of your own juice, pour vinegar essence into it and pour the juice back to vegetables. Stir.
  6. The lecho is ready. It remains only to roll it into sterile a jar.
